KaiserAir is owned, managed and operated by
professional pilots with a passion for flying and a long
history of serving elite corporate executives and private clients
from around the world.
Ronald
J. Guerra, President
President Ronald J. Guerra joined our operations as a captain in
the Kaiser companies flight department. Mr. Guerra personally has
more than 18,000 hours of flight time and has flown to six continents.
He is licensed as command pilot in the gulfstream GI-II-III-IV-V
aircraft, along with other aircraft ratings.
He
has been a team leader for 30 aircraft modifications, including
15 Gulfstreams plus Hawkers, Falcons, JetStars, Learjets and Citations.
He has served on numerous industry boards and committees, including
the National Business Aviation Association, Aeronautical Radio Inc.
and Arinc Research and The Gulfstream Pilots Advisory Board.
David
Campbell, Vice President, Operations
David Campbell joined KaiserAir in 1979, progressing to chief pilot
and then to vice president, operations in 2000. He has more than
11,000 hours of flying time and has flown more than 5 million miles.
Prior
to joining KaiserAir, he was a pilot for two East Coast firms, Eagle
Aviation, Inc. and American Flyers, Inc.
Mr. Campbell is a summa cum laude graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical
University in Daytona Beach, Florida, with degrees in Aeronautical
Science, Aeronautical Studies, and Aviation Management.
David
A. Mancebo, Chief Pilot
Chief Pilot David Mancebo joined KaiserAir in 1984, becoming assistant
chief pilot in 1991 and chief pilot in 2000. In his position he
supervises KaiserAirs staff of more than 30 pilots. He personally
has more than 9,000 hours of flying time and has flown more than
3 million miles.
Prior
to joining KaiserAir, he was a pilot for Air Nevada Airlines in
Las Vegas and Cascade Steel Rolling Mill, Inc., in McMinnville,
Ore.
Mr. Mancebo is a graduate of San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton,
Calif. and the University of California, Davis, as well as Sierra
Academy of Aeronautics in Oakland, Calif.
Andrew
F. Fitzgerald, Vice President, Maintenance
Andrew Fitzgerald joined KaiserAir in 1974 after holding management
positions with World Airways and AiResearch Aviation.
He
has been an advisor to leading business jet manufacturers and is
active in the industrys major associations. Mr. Fitzgerald
has served as chairperson of the Gulfstream GV Workshop and as technical
committee chairman for the National Business Aircraft Association.
He also has been a member of the Learjet Technical Committee and
the Gulfstream Advisory Board for Product and Reliability Enhancement.
He
holds a B.A. degree from Saint Marys College in Moraga, Calif.,
and has completed advanced training in aeronautical engineering,
airframe and powerplant maintenance.
Gregg
Rorabaugh, Vice President, Properties and Line Service
Gregg Rorabaugh joined KaiserAir in 1994 as line service manager.
Today he has overall responsibility for the 24-hour, 365-day-a-year
line service operation as well as other properties, which include
office and aircraft storage facilities of more than 115,000 square
feet and a ramp area of 16 acres.
He previously was with McDonnell Douglas Corporation in Long Beach.
Mr. Rorabaugh also earned his private pilot certificate in 1982
and has commercial, multi-engine and instrument ratings. He is a
member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
He
graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Dayton Beach,
Florida, and holds a masters in business administration from
Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif.
Sandy
Waters, Vice President, Business Development
Sandy Waters joined KaiserAir in 1996 as vice president, business
development and human resources.
He
has more than 32 years of administrative management experience in
planning, operations, sales, business development and budgeting,
including 22 years with the Kaiser group of companies. In addition
to working for the Kaiser group, he has held positions with the
Denver Broncos Football Club and Trefethen Vineyards and Winery.
